Student Manager offers the ability to hide private locations from ACEweb course displays. For example, if a course is held at an instructor's private home, you can hide the address in the public displays. Users won't see the location information until they enroll in the course (address, etc. is displayed on the Registration confirmation page/email).
To hide private locations:
- Open the Location record.
- Uncheck the Display on Web box.
- Save the location record.
This will remove the location link from the look up location option and the Course Status page.
New ACEweb users: you will want to make certain the Display on Web box is checked on all public locations you want to show in the ACEweb course displays.
