Inactive Name records do not show in the look up active name routines.
To deactivate a name record:
- Uncheck the Active box.
- Click the Save button.
You can also deactivate a series of names.
Creating Name Records - if you try to create a new name record with the same name as an inactive one, the system will warn you that you already have a record with that name.
