SHORTCAT

Used in a JUSTDOIT to select a limited set of data fields (excluding fields which may contain HTML) to put into a Catalog Export Report so that the MEMOEXP function can be used.

Required Parameters:

None

Optional Parameters:

1. Field(s) to add to the cursor.  Enclose in quotes (i.e. "CATEXT,COUPDATE").
2. Sort Order field list, enclosed in quotes (i.e. "cobegdate,cocrse"). Default is Catalog Code, Course Number.

Example(s):
