Unencrypts NMCODE2 and INSSN in reports.

Required Parameters:
- Field to unencrypt (i.e. "nmcode2", "inssn")
Optional Parameters:
None
Example(s):
DECRYP("nmcode2") unencrypts the nmcode2 field.
DECRYP("inssn") unencrypts the inssn (faculty ssn) field.
Notes:
The user must have level 4 access or above (Names for nmcode2, Instructor for inssn) to see the unencrypted field on the report.
