JUSTDOIT('do credexp with ".t." ') creates records in the report cursor for all individual's credential records.
JUSTDOIT('do credexp with "tetype=[COURSE]" ') creates records in the report cursor for individual's credential records that have the type of “COURSE”.

The function stores the credential data into the following fields:
tecode=rgcrse and cocrse
tetitle=cocrsemn
tedate=cobegdate and rgcomplete
tedate2=coenddate
tescore=rggrade
tecredits=rgcredit
teinstitu=rgregnote
