Description |
ON = new users are allowed to initiate their own account creation via the web (i.e. add themselves to your Mailing list, etc.) OFF = users must already have a valid ID in the system before they can register via the web. Note: users WILL NOT be able to create their own account (i.e. add themselves to your Mailing list, etc.). |
